Cancellation Policy
At Sculpting Beauty by Pam, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and respect for our time, the following policy applies:
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a fee.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Charges will be processed automatically in accordance with this policy.
